Service Description

In person group training classes are capped at 6-8 participants all working towards the same goal of optimizing performance in a strategic manner. Enjoy a personal experience with a little extra accountability from like-minded individuals.

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour Cancellation Policy for individual sessions. A session must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the session is to occur. If not, you will lose the session. If you are cancelling a subscription, sessions will expire after 60 days.
