I've been in this industry going on 10 years now, and it's my commitment to you that regardless of if we are working one-on-one, in a group, in person, or virtually, you will have a completely customized experience focused on results.


Bailey Johnson
Personal Trainer & Co-Owner
Certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with a passion for helping people achieve their wellness goals. Her Training focuses on full-body functional fitness, built around the 7 primal movement patterns: push, pull, bend, rotate, lunge, squat and gait. By training the body in these fundamental ways, Bailey helps clients build strength, improve functionality, and create a strong foundation for healthy movement. Blending her yoga background with personal training expertise, Bailey designs customized programs that balance strength, mobility and recovery. She offers personal training, group training, and private in-home training tailored to your needs.

I am a fitness professional and wellness coach. My passion is empowering people to become better versions of themselves. I take a holistic approach to health and fitness by assisting my clients in finding a balance between exercise and nutrition. My goal is to provide clients with the tools to move functionally, increase overall performance, and succeed in the gym and beyond.
