Administrative Partner – Job Description

Location: Eden Prairie, MN (Hybrid | 3–5 hours/week)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour (DOE) + Perks

 

About Us

KJFITCO is a Black-owned wellness brand based in Eden Prairie, MN. We specialize in small-group functional fitness classes, known as #DailyDrip, designed for all levels—from lifelong athletes to individuals just starting their wellness journey. Our belief is simple yet powerful: Movement is medicine.

Our newest expansion, AllSzn Athlete, focuses on youth performance training. We aim to build foundational movement skills, reduce injuries, increase speed and agility, and most importantly—equip young athletes with the tools and mentorship to thrive on and off the field/court.

We're in an exciting phase of growth and are looking to bring on an Administrative Partner who is ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with us.

The Role

As an Administrative Partner, you’ll work directly with ownership to support day-to-day operations, drive growth strategies, and bring creative energy to a mission-driven team.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development & Operations

  • Assist with business planning and strategic initiatives
     

  • Track and analyze KPIs to help set and achieve growth targets
     

  • Support basic bookkeeping and budgeting
     

  • Help coordinate and plan community events
     

Marketing & Communications

  • Draft and schedule newsletters
     

  • Maintain and update website content
     

  • Provide social media support and help execute campaign ideas
     

  • Represent KJFITCO at tabling and local events
     

Customer Service & Support

  • Respond to email inquiries and support communication flow
     

  • Prepare and send invoices for private training sessions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
     

  • Prior experience in admin, marketing, or operations preferred
     

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
     

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Wix/Squarespace, and Instagram a plus
